Spot the Bot, to the rescue!
In the rare occasion that your home is impacted by a network disruption, Spot the Bot will know! Simply click into the chatbot from the Starry App, or after you've logged in to the My Account page, and click to receive updates.
If Spot doesn't inform you of a disruption, the issue is likely limited to your equipment or wiring. In that instance, please try rebooting your router (and modem if one was provided to you). If that doesn't bring you back online, please let Spot know, and Spot will connect you with a member of our Care team ASAP.
