I can’t connect my device to the Starry Network

If you’re having trouble connecting a device to the Starry Network, verify your password from your Starry Station’s Settings. The password is case sensitive.

If you’re trying to connect to the 5GHz network but don't see it as an option in your device's Wi-Fi settings, verify that your device has dual-band wireless support. Certain devices, especially older generations, don’t support this type of network.
