I can’t connect my device to the Starry Network

If you’re having trouble connecting a device to the Starry Network, verify your password is correct by checking the router settings. The password is case-sensitive.

If you’re trying to connect to the 5GHz network but don't see it as an option in your device's Wi-Fi settings, verify that your device has dual-band wireless support. Certain devices, especially older generations, don’t support this type of network.
