A 0% Health Score generally means that your Starry Station can’t detect a network connection from your ISP.
First, make sure the Ethernet cable hasn’t come unplugged from your Starry Station. You can try unplugging the cable and plugging it back in to make sure.
Next, you might need to try restarting your modem. To do so, just unplug it for 15 seconds and plug it back in.
Your ISP may also be experiencing an outage. Most Internet Service Providers require you to confirm an outage at the account level. To do so, just log in on your ISP’s website or give them a call from the number associated with your account for quicker service.
Finally, you can try restarting your Starry Station. To do so, just click Settings on your Station’s display > Restart & Factory Reset > Restart or unplug the station from its power source. This won’t affect any of your Wi-Fi settings.
