Cancelling your service is a piece of cake. Simply log in to your account on account.starry.com and tell Spot the Bot that you'd like to cancel. Spot will be able to schedule your cancellation. When you are finished, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid return label to use when returning your equipment.
