How is Starry responding to Coronavirus/COVID-19?

As part of its commitment to keep our communities connected and online during the nation's response to COVID-19, Starry has pledged to not turn off anyone's service due to their inability to pay their bill. We will attempt to bill you on your renewal date. If the charge does not go through, you'll receive an email asking you to opt into our grace period for COVID-19 relief.
