When you're ready to transition your account to another person, go to your account page at account.starry.com or the My Account section of the app. Change your account's payment details, email address, and phone number to the new account holder's information. The new account holder must then contact our support team to let them know the new account holder is assuming the account. This last step is important. The account will still technically be in your name until the new account holder contacts us at email@example.com from the new email address on the Starry Internet account.
