Starry Station: How Can I Restart or Reset My Starry Station?

You don’t need to unplug your Station in order to restart it. Just click the Settings gear and then scroll down to Restart & Factory Reset.  Restarting will not affect your settings. You can also restart from the Starry App.

Factory resetting will overwrite your settings with factory defaults. You’ll need to enter your PIN to reset your Starry Station.

You can also Factory Reset your station via the pinhole between the ports on the back of your Station. Just press a paperclip into the hole and wait five seconds. Your Starry Station's display will let you know when it is resetting.
