To reboot the Zyxel router, push the Power button on the back of the router, wait 10 seconds, and then push the button again. Alternatively, you can unplug it from its power source for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. The unit takes approximately 2 or 3 minutes to boot up, during which the power light will blink. After boot up, the power light should turn solid.
To factory reset the router, push a paper clip, knitting needle or pen into the Reset hole on the back of the router for 10 seconds (or until the lights flash). Please note, this will change the WiFi name and password back to the default. You will need to connect to the default WiFi name and log in via IP address to change the WiFi name back to the one you set up, if applicable.
