While the new router provides great functionality, the Starry App currently only fully supports our Launch and Station. We're working to add full functionality to the Starry App for the Zxyel router, and hope to have an update soon. You can still use the Starry App to check your account status and contact support.
To adjust settings, connect to the Zyxel router's WiFi. Open any browser and navigate to 192.168.1.1. Log in (the default username is admin and the default password is 1234).
