Starry Gravity: How to Factory Reset

Steps:

1. Please write down your WiFi name and password. You will need to re-enter this information.
2. Locate the pinhole on the bottom of your Starry Gravity.
3. Press a paperclip or similar object into the pinhole until you hear or feel a soft click, and wait five seconds. Your Starry Gravity's display will let you know when it is resetting.
4. Connect to your network with the WiFi name and password indicated on your Starry Gravity screen. You’ll be able to change your WiFi name and password through the Settings menu in the Starry App.
