In the rare occasion that your home is impacted by a network disruption, the first place to check is chat! Simply click into the chatbot from the Starry App, or after you've logged in to the My Account page, and click to receive updates.
If the chatbot doesn't inform you of a disruption, the issue is likely limited to your equipment or wiring. In that instance, please try rebooting your router (and modem if one was provided to you). If that doesn't bring you back online, please let the chatbot know, and a ticket will be created and for you to be connected with a Starry Expert ASAP.
