Yes, we do! Starry Internet customers are eligible to receive an account credit of up to $200 as reimbursement for any early cancellation fees you may incur with your previous internet service provider. Just send us your final bill from your previous internet service provider; our email address is support@starry.com.

- The name and address on the bill must match the Starry Account.
- Starry Connect customers are not eligible for this reimbursement.
