I want to switch to Starry but I would have to pay an early termination fee with my old internet provider. Does Starry reimburse early termination fees?

Yes, we do! Starry Internet customers, and customers on our $30 Plan, are eligible to receive an account credit of up to $200 as reimbursement for any early cancellation fees you may incur with your previous internet service provider. Just send us your final bill from your previous internet service provider. The name and address on the bill must match the Starry Account.
