If you’re currently on a 30 Mbps or 100 Mbps plan, and would like to upgrade to our standard 200 Mbps plan, you can request a plan change by emailing us at email@example.com. Make sure to include the email address associated with your Starry account.

Once you’ve made the request, allow up to 48 hours for your new plan and billing to take effect.
