If you’re currently on a 30 Mbps or 100 Mbps plan, and would like to upgrade to our standard 200 Mbps plan, you can request a plan change by emailing us at support@starry.com. Make sure to include the email address associated with your Starry account.
P.S. Spot can also help! Locate Spot, our friendly chatbot (and very good dog), on the bottom right of this page and type “upgrade my plan”. He’ll take care of the rest!
Once you’ve made the request, allow up to 48 hours for your new plan and billing to take effect.
