I’m Moving. Is It Possible to Transfer My Service to My New Place?

If you’re moving to an apartment with the same building, definitely! Just log into MyAccount and select Manage My Plan, then Transfer or Cancel my Plan, then enter your new address including unit number. We’ll collect additional information including when you want to transfer service. Then, a Starry expert will contact you to confirm your installation time.

 

If you’re moving to a new building, just log into MyAccount and select Manage My Plan, then Transfer or Cancel my Plan, then enter your new address including unit number.  If service is available, we’ll collect additional information including when you want to transfer service. Then, a Starry expert will contact you to confirm your installation time.

 

If service is not available, please sign up for the waitlist so that we can contact you as soon as service becomes available at your new address.
