I need to reschedule my appointment, what do I do?

Life happens. We get it! You can reschedule your Starry appointment right from the Starry app. Click on Support in the bottom menu. Click on Upcoming Appointments. Select the appointment and click Reschedule. This will show you all the available appointment times. Select your desired time and click Save. There is no fee to reschedule.

Alternatively, you can give us a call at 888-231-9403, or send us an email at support@starry.com to let us know your desired appointment time. As always, there is no fee to reschedule your appointment.
