Can I opt out of the auto-payment?

 

Starry Internet payments automatically billed every month. An automatic monthly payment is required as outlined in the Starry Internet Customer Agreement and Terms of Use. We only accept payment through the payment methods such as credit, debit, Cash App, ACH,or prepaid gift cards. We do not accept checks.

 

Service can not be prepaid before the billing date. Payment is billed on the same day each month. If the billing date is the 31st and the month only has 30 days, you will be billed on the 1st of the month. If you would like to change your billing date, please ask Spot the Bot to "change billing date," or send an email to support@starry.com
